Q: How many students per class?
A: Unlike others, our workshop is small, only 4 - 8 persons per session.
Q: How long is the Sourdough Workshop?
A: The workshop typically lasts 9 hours (9am – 6.45pm) (also depending on the progress during the day of the workshop).
Q: What will I learn in this workshop?
A: You will learn, fundamental of sourdough fermentation, how to culture a new starter from scratch, how to maintain a sourdough starter, dough mixing, fermentation, folding, shaping, and scoring techniques, different flour type mixture, troubleshoot common issues and baking tips for achieving the perfect sourdough loaf.
Q: Where is your location?
A: We're located at Kedai KL in MAHSA Avenue Kuala Lumpur, right next to University Malaya.
Q: Does your class have an age limit?
A: No, we have students with ages ranging from 15 to 70 years old, everyone is welcome.
Q: Do you provide weekday class, as I am not free on weekends?
A: Yes, occasionally we do have weekday classes. You may proceed to book-calendar and check the availability.
Q: Can I take photos or videos during the class?
A: Yes, as long as you're not disrupting the class, you're encouraged to do so. The photos and videos captured during the workshop is meant for your own reference only.
Q: I don't have any prior experience, can I still join this?
A: Yes, our class is designed for beginners, everyone is welcome.
Q: Will I get hands-on experience?
A: Yes, this is a fully hands-on workshop where you start from scratch by mixing the flour, shape, and bake your own sourdough bread.
Q: Will I get to take home my baked bread?
A: Yes, you will take home your own freshly baked sourdough loaf, along with a portion of an active sourdough starter to continue your baking journey at home.
Q: Will there be a break during the workshop?
A: Yes, there will be a short break in between the workshop.
Q: I am a Muslim, will there be a prayer break during the workshop?
A: Yes, we understand the importance of prayer (Solat), so we allocate time for participants to perform their prayers.
Q: I am a Muslim, is there a prayer room available?
A: Yes, there will be prayer room/surau within the premises. We will guide you during the workshop day.
Q: Can I bring a friend or family member to watch?
A: Due to limited space, only registered participants are allowed in the workshop.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?

Q: Is the workshop price inclusive of SST?
A: Yes, 8% SST will be included in the total cost, kindly note that the 8% SST is a requirement set by the government, and is not determined by business owner.
Q: Do I get a certificate after the class is completed?
A: Yes, we do provide a certificate of participation.
